There will be a Welcome Home Celebration for our 2024 State A Girls Soccer Runner-ups tomorrow, Sunday, October 20th at 4pm in the arena! Come hear from Coach Baumgartner and the girls on their fantastic run this season! ⚽️💛

Students in the health science classes spent the day learning about careers related to exercise science and sports medicine! They spent the morning touring the Odde Ice Arena and learning more about what sports medicine looks like in the hockey arena. The highlight of the afternoon was a trip to Northern State University exploring the exercise science and biomechanics lab, meeting with certified athletic trainers and strength and conditioning specialists and getting a private tour of the football facilities (you might even spot them in the President's suite)!

October 1- November 30 South Dakota Seniors can apply to any Technical College or University in South Dakota for free.  Tuesday, October 15th, the Groton Area seniors will be applying to colleges in their guidance class.  The staff are wearing college gear to support their process in applying,  and it opens up conversation between students and staff about different colleges, majors, and career paths.
