The Groton Area School District is proud of its students, staff, community, and school board members. At the February school board meeting, they were presented with Certificates of Appreciation from the Associated School Boards of South Dakota for School Board Appreciation Week.

Marty Weismantel is in his 12th year as a member of the Groton Area School District Board of Education.
